This is a commercial license for the Povichi V2.
Before any resale of this product (Povichi V2 commercial license only) you must show proof of purchase to me via discord.

This is not a fix/update/edit. It is an entirely new model based on my own aesthetic.
It is made from scratch with the Idea of Nanachi style bases in mind.
The Povichi V2 was created with the same measurements and body shape as other Nanachi style bases.
Povichi V2 has 61 shapekeys (not including visemes).
It's full-body compatible and is set up with an easy-to-use PSD, CSP Document, and SPP (2020 Version).
The profile pic is to advertise the model only and the texture work is not available.
It is my personal texture and edit of the V2. No clothing will be a part of this model. If I do make clothing for it, it will be sold separately.
Before importing the package, make sure to import Dynamic Bone, Poiyomi (Or any other shader of your choice), and the VRChat Avatar Descriptor into your Unity project.
Rules/Terms of Service for Commercial License:
- This package CAN NOT be redistributed, given, or shared in an original or almost original state
- You CAN NOT sell any version or edit of this package for less than $12.25USD
- It CAN be redistributed, given, or shared if significant edits have been made
- You CAN make your own paid products with the contents of this package, or use it in your games, or videos, or streams as long as it has been added to or modified by you
- You CAN forbid reselling or distribution of your products containing this product if you wish
- Your customers CAN sell their own creations containing this base if they have also bought the commercial license of this original package
- You CAN make public avatars if you want but please still credit and the link to the original base
- Please credit this original base in the description or credits
- DO NOT purchase this if you have no unity knowledge.
All public models MUST not be the original base model and must be changed considerably before upload. Uploading it as its base model is not allowed.
By using this model in any way, you agree to these terms.
There are no restrictions on the use of R-18 and R-18G, but we will not be held responsible for any problems caused by their use.
It is prohibited to use "Povichi V2" for the purpose of slandering a specific individual or group, or for political or religious activities.
The creator "P0VI" is not responsible for any financial or mechanical problems caused by the use of this model "Povichi V2". Please use it at your own risk.
