Use of the XO Mochi Base or any model created using it, for the purpose of slandering a specific individual or group, religious or political use, or discriminating against any person or group of any kind, is prohibited.

Terms of use for pre-order exclusive presets:
1. This product or any of its contents cannot be shared, given to, or resold to any individual, group, or company in any way.
2. These items can be put on a public model within VRChat.
3. Adding these to a model for a commission is prohibited as it would break rule 1 of these terms of use.
4. Give proper credit for each and all assets obtained from this purchase.

Terms of use for XO Mochi Base SFW:
1. This product or any of its contents cannot be shared, given to, or resold to any individual, group, or company in any way.
2. Separated items such as ears, tails, and hair, can be put on other models within VRChat and resold on other models with proper credits.
3. When used for commission work, both the commissioner and commissionee must own the XO Mochi base.
4. This product is a commercial license. This covers the use of the model as a stream avatar, (twitch avatar, VTuber, etc...)
It also allows for the manipulation and resale of the base as a character or base with approval from the creator of the base, and proper credits to the creator, P0VI.
5. Any commercial use of this product and/or any of its contents must contain visible credits to the creator, P0VI.
6. Give proper credit for each and all assets obtained from this purchase to the original creator, P0VI.
7. Creation of public models is allowed so long as credit is given to the creator, P0VI.
8. NSFW models are against the rules of VRChat, so if you are going to use it in VRChat, you use it at your own risk. And be responsible and mindful of others when using the nsfw version of this base.
9. I am not responsible for any damages of any kind caused by the use of this model. Use at your own risk.
10. Using this base in any way to attack or discriminate against anyone is prohibited.
11. Using this base to make and sell character adopts is allowed. Just be sure to give credit to the original creator, P0VI.
12. Using this base for streaming, Vtubing, Youtubing, is allowed. Just be sure to give credit to the original creator, P0VI.
